My goal is to help as many people as possible on their journey to better health.
5 years ago I turned things around very quickly. I have taken baby steps in order to change my health. Have I 100% figured it out? Not a chance. It is a journey towards better health and I continue to work at it and continue to try and get better and healthier. I invite you to come along on my journey towards better health.

It’s Never Too Late To Be Healthy: Reaching Peak Health in Middle Age
In my latest book, It’s Never Too Late To Be Healthy: Reaching Peak Health in Middle Age, I share my remarkable story of overcoming a near-death experience and using it as an impetus for not only shaping my wellbeing but also reaching peak health in middle age. I explain to you how you too can get control of your sleep, exercise, nutrition and mindfulness so you can reach peak health, no matter your chronological age.
