5 years ago I  turned things around very quickly. I have taken baby steps in order to change my health. Have I 100% figured it out? Not a chance. It’s Never Too Late To Be Healthy: Reaching Peak Health in Middle Age

Kevin's Morning Shake

  • Frozen Organic Fruits (varies between Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, mixed berries). If I have organic non-frozen fruits I often throw some of those in as well.
  • Frozen or Fresh Organic Vegetables (I mix this up depending on what is in the fridge). Typically spring mix, spinach, arugula and anything else we have.
  • Spirulina (usually a tablespoon or two) for antioxidants
  • Chlorella(usually a teaspoon) as an antioxidant
  • Maca Powder (for energy and recovery)
  • Raw Plant based Protein (typically  one scoop) for muscle development
  • Chia,Flax or Hemp seeds (typically one or two scoops) – for heathy fats and fibre
  • Cinnamon – for blood pressure and cholesterol
  • Tumeric – reduces inflammation
  • Vitamin C Powder – (half a teaspoon) for immune system

Fill your blender full to the brim with filtered water and blend until it is in liquid form.
